Terms and Conditions for Digital Download Files:
FOR PERSONAL AND SMALL COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
• You can use these clip art images to create your own items for sale, such as invitations, greeting cards, wall art prints, etc.

• This set includes a PERSONAL USE license. You can use these illustrations in any personal or non-profit project. No credit is required with personal use but would be appreciated (share the love) https://www.etsy.com/shop/lolagraphicimages or www.lolagrapgicimages.com

• You may also use these illustrations in your SMALL BUSINESS up to 100 times, BUT, with credit to me “Lola Graphic Images.” The Lola Graphic Images credit must be in your listing description by stating: “Illustration Art by Lola Graphic Images.” This credit must be listed in your shop and social media listings.

• If you’re interested in using any of my illustrations in products you sell over 100 times OR without credit, please add clip art to your cart and then purchase my COMMERCIAL LICENSE.

For fabric printing, you may use without a license of one small print run, thereafter you will require commercial license.

• This is a reasonable fee. IF you are not sure how much you are going to sell, please come back and purchase the commercial license.

• The artwork/clipart MUST be merged/flattened into your own products unless it is a seamless pattern which may be used to print commercially onto something as is (not sold off as a digital product though.)

You may use our work in digital templates for sale, BUT you MAY NOT sell an unlimited amount or allow unlimited usages of your templates containing our graphics. The onus is on you to keep track of your customers’ sales and to return to purchase further commercial licenses as and when the usage (of your clients) exceeds our license amount. This is a very important rule for using as a digital template. FOR MORE INFORMATION OR CLARIFICATION, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE AND WE WILL GLADLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

YOU MAY NOT recolor or customise our clipart yourself. We do offer this service for a very reasonable fee. Please send us a message if you wish to recolor / customise any of our clipart graphics.

• You may NOT use these images to sell products created on sites like Zazzle, RedBubble, Society6 and other third party online shops. You may NOT use these images to sell on flash sale sites like Zulily. This is strictly for small commercial website use, Etsy, and Amazon use.

• You can NOT resell these designs as original/individual clip art/digital or claim as your own designs.

• Please do not copy, forward, share, distribute, or sell my images.

• You may not trade, share, sell, give away, or make it possible for someone to steal these images (always protect the artwork so that it is not easily stolen).

• If you need anything done to any part of the clip art, please contact me about a possible custom order. Color changes are sometimes possible and we will do those for approximately $6 per color change per item.
