What is included in this purchase?

Please note that no physical item is included – this is strictly a digital download item which includes 1 PNG image file as shown in the above file. No font or text will be included in this purchase.

Terms and Conditions for Digital Download Files:

FOR PERSONAL AND SMALL COMMERCIAL USE ONLY

• You can use these digital designs to create your own physical items for sale, such as invitations, greeting cards, wall art prints, pillows, mugs, etc.
• This set includes a PERSONAL USE license. You can use these illustrations in any personal or non-profit project. No credit is required with personal

• You may also use these illustrations in your SMALL BUSINESS up to 300 times, BUT, with you MUST credit us “Lola Sublime.” The Lola Sublime
credit must be in your listing description by stating: “Design by Lola Sublime.” This credit must be listed in your shop and social media listings.
• If you’re interested in using any of my illustrations in products you sell over 300 times OR without giving credit, please add the design to your cart and

• This is a reasonable fee. IF you are not sure how much you are going to sell, please come back and purchase the commercial license and just let us
know in your order notes what set you are purchasing for.
• You may not resell this design in digital format.
• You may not extract any part of the clipart within these designs – unless these designs are stipulated to be exclusive graphics by Lola
Graphic Images, all the graphics within the designs will be available and may be purchased from our Lola Graphics shop.
• You many NOT transfer usage rights of our graphics to a third party company. Only your own personal company/s is/are allowed to use
these graphics – no transferring between family and friends will be tolerated.
• YOU MAY NOT recolor or customise our design yourself. You may not add paint / digital filters over our design to alter it or vectorise it
either. We do offer recolor service for a very reasonable fee. Please send us a message if you wish to recolor / customise any of our designs
• You may NOT use these images to sell products created on sites like Zazzle, RedBubble, Society6 and other third party online shops.
• You may NOT use these images to sell on flash sale sites like Zulily. This is strictly for small commercial website use, Etsy, and Amazon
use.
• You can NOT resell these designs as original/individual clip art /digital or claim as your own designs.
• Please do NOT copy, forward, share, distribute, or sellour images.
• You may not make these designs or any part thereof available on any other site / page / drive for others to use.
